The India Association of Kansas City (IAKC) has joined a national movement of sewing face masks for healthcare workers, as well as launched a donation link on their website. All funds raised will go to the University of Kansas Health System. As of Monday, April 6, over 1,000 masks have been made. Donations are being dispersed to Children’s Mercy in Kansas City, as well as a teaching hospital and children’s hospital in New York City.
