Join us for Donuts & Dialogue: Spilling the Tea with CHC! 🫖After months of talking with community, partners, staff, and our Board of Directors, CHC is excited to share our strategic plan and vision for the future. This will include a new mission and strategic vision to guide our work. It helps to ensure that we are attuned to long-term strategies for change while at the same time remaining responsive to immediate needs.Or maybe you are interested in donuts and coffee and chatting with the amazing people we have on staff? We hope that you will stop by and visit us!
