The Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Kansas City has partnered with Mdivani Corporate Immigration Law and its training arm, Corporate Immigration Compliance Institute, to provide business leaders with an update on immigration law and compliance — covering everything from ICE enforcement and I-9s to work visas — and to answer any business immigration-related questions.
Mdivani lawyers will cover the latest developments in the law and policy and answer questions raised from our members, such as:
• How should we prepare for an ICE interaction?
• What happens to our foreign employees?
