Outreach International is building a world beyond poverty by working with communities in low-income regions to overcome the barriers that cause chronic hardship. We are currently active in Bolivia, Malawi, India, Nepal, Cambodia, and the Philippines. We don’t deliver temporary aid—we unlock potential. We help communities organize, identify their own problems, and find solutions that improve their lives.
Since 1979, we have been a pioneer in the poverty reduction methodology of community-led development, where community members identify their own problems, carry out their own plans to fix them, and build solutions that are sustainable. Our programs focus on access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene, food security and nutrition, access to health care, employment opportunity and training, and strengthening a community’s capacity to reach ever-higher goals.
