The menu rotates seasonally and is built around fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Signature dishes include the Aloo Kulcha—a potato and cheese-stuffed naan finished with curry leaf gremolata, Grilled Australian Lamb Chops paired with oyster mushrooms, and a creative take on a Kansas City classic: Black Cardamom Burnt Ends.
