Mary A. Redmond is a speaker, author and consultant specializing in negotiations, communications and body language. She shares successful negotiation tools, techniques and tips to apply immediately at work, home or in social situations.

For 21 years, she negotiated contracts for some of the most successful financial institutions including GE Capital, Ford Financial Services, Mellon Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.
Since 2006, she’s traveled the world, sharing negotiation techniques and business success stories using her high-energy style. She’s the author and creator of the workbook and video training system: LeaseSpeak™ SystemYour Guide to Saving Money on Leases. Additionally, she wrote, produced and is featured in three training DVD’s: “Men and Women Show it Differently…Body Language that is!”, “Negotiate: Be H.E.A.R.D.”, and “Body Language Unlocked: See What’s Said”.
Mary was recognized as one of the Kansas City’s Women Who Mean Business by the Kansas City Business Journal. She’s a 13-year member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and is a charter member of the Bonner Springs Toastmaster Club. She serves on the Board of Global Ties KC, an organization that promotes citizen diplomacy and shapes foreign affairs by facilitating person-person contact. In October 2015, the Kansas Department of Commerce, Office of Minority and Women Business Development honored her with Kansas Women Business Advocate of the Year award.
