Gigi is the Owner, Administator, and Director of Nursing of Integral Care Provider and Essential Home Health in Overland Park, Kansas.  She oversees the daily operation of the business, collaborates with the CEO on financial and strategic matters, negotiates contracts with potential clients, markets, and assists in the staffing, hiring, orientation of new personnel.

She is an advisory board member of the Research Foundation, a board member of the Child Abuse Prevention Association, UMKC School of Nursing Community Advisory Council, and Women Impacting Public Policy strategic healthcare policy committee member.

Lotus Millin is Vice President of Risk Management for Walton Construction Company.  Throughout her tenure of over 20 years, she has served the company in a variety of capacities including: Director of Human Resources, Project Safety Manager, and Safety/Loss Control Representative.  Currently her focus includes oversite of the company's Risk Management processes, policies and procedures.

Lotus is involved with the Associated General Contractors of America (National Committee for Risk Management) and a member of the International Risk Management Institute.

Aisha Reynolds is an attorney with Stinson, Morrison, Hecker, LLP, one
of the nation's largest law firms, with legal roots dating back more
than a century.  She is a member of the firm's General Business
Division.  Reynolds holds a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science
from Whittier College and a juris doctoris from Washington University in
St. Louis.

Suresh Kumar CPA, MBA is the principal of Kumar Consulting, PA a CPA firm
specializing in accounting, tax, and small business solutions. He has served
as the the President and Trustee of India Association of KC, and in various
positions with other regional organizations.

Simon Kuo recently served as vice president of Corporate Strategy for EMBARQ Corporation (Stock symbol EQ).  EMBARQ, the 2006 spin-off of Sprint-Nextel, is the largest independent local exchange carrier in the U.S.  Kuo was responsible for strategic planning, competitive intelligence, the management of innovation and development within EMBARQ and led key strategic initiatives.   

Sue Drakeford

Sue Drakeford is Vice President , Commercial Lending for Hillcrest Bank. 

Sue received a MBA from Bellevue University and a BS in Business Management.  She serves on the Board of the Blue Hill Community Services and is Director of Singles Ministry at St. James United Methodist Church.

Siew Lau is a Financial Advisor with Waddell & Reed, an Overland Park based national financial services company. She specializes in helping small business owners and baby-boomers reduce the stress of making complex investment decisions by providing comprehensive financial planning, retirement planning, and portfolio management. Siew has worked in the financial services profession since 2003.  Her unique approach centers largely on client education and interaction.  This approach allows clients to be part of the team rather than bystanders.  Siew utilizes her experience to develop strategies that focus on protecting assets from market volatility, customizing portfolios to match the individual goals and constraints, and assisting clients with life's many unknowns as the arise.

Siew is active with many community activities.  She is a board member of the Ethnic Enrichment Commission of Kansas City (EECKC) where she represents her country, Malaysia, as a commissioner.  Currently she serves as a first vice-chair and one of her duties also includes overseeing all 12 committees' activities in addition to chairing the membership committee.  She is also a board member of the Kansas City Chinese Association (KCCA), co-chairing the marketing and public relations committee.  Siew is the founder and vice president of the Malaysian Association of Greater Kansas City (MAGKC).

Ramesh Lokre has considerable expertise in growing large organizations, and putting in place the infrastructure to scale. He brings over a 18 year of experience in consulting and managing large outsourcing deals for Fortune 500 companies. He began his professional career at iGate Global ,Pittsburgh, where he was involved in design, development, implementation and management of large software projects for Fortune 500 companies. Ramesh left iGate to join Wal-Mart in their Information System Division as the core member of Cash Office automation. He was responsible for the product implementation of point of sale (POS) system. Later on he has joined Capgemini as a Sr. ERP consultant and was responsible for the implementation of various ERP clients for their business needs.  
 
Ramesh has received a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and holds a Master's degree in Finance Management from University of Pune.

Joseph Melookaran is the President of JMA Chartered, a professional services firm specializing in information technology, financial services and health care solutions. He has served AACCKC Board several terms since 2003. He is a Trustee of India Association of Kansas City and currently serves as a Commissioner with White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.

Hoang Nguyen serves as Director of Supply Chain Management, overseeing the purchasing function and providing leadership for the overall performance of the supply chain at Kansas City Power & Light.

Previously, he has held positions as Director of Resource Management and Contract Manager responsible for the significant performance improvement and strategic repositioning of the company's contract, project and material management activities in the power delivery unit.  He has also served as board member, Missouri One Call System, Inc., and chair, Chicago JAYCEES Fundraising Compaign.

Mr. Nguyen holds a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri and did post-graduate work in Electrical Engineering at Illinois Institute of Technology.  In addition, he holds a Purchasing Management Certificate degree from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois, and a certificate in Project Management.  He is a member of the Project Management Institute, the Supply Management Institute, and the National Contract Management Association.  He is a registered Professional Engineer and has also published in leading trade magazines.

Michael Nguyen is Vice President, Commercial Lender for IronStone Bank in Kansas City, an $18 billion dollar bank that is headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina.

He received his Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia.  Michael has served on various boards, including the South Kansas City Chamber of Commerce and New Horizon's Programs.

Suresh Ramamurthi is a principal at BC Capital, a venture capital firm focused on early stage growth companies and emerging markets.  Prior to BC Capital, he was at Google and was responsible for mobile applications.  Previous to Google, he founded, grew, and managed a technology services and transaction processing services firm that grew to over 500 employees.  Earlier, he founded a technology firm that developed and manufactured narrowband and wireless hardware and software. 

Suresh has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, a Master's degree in Computer Science and  a Master's degree in Business Administration.

Young is the founder and past president of the AACC.  She serves on the Board of Trustees of Rockhurst University and is a board member of the MidAmerica Minority Business Deveopment Council and the Korean-American Chamber of Commerce.  She is also a member of the Kansas City Plaza Rotary Club.

Fang Shen is a transaction attorney with Husch Blackwell Sanders, LLP, a leading law firm with more than 300 attorneys.  Fang focuses on mergers and acquisitions, China-related transactions, and general corporate law.  Fang grew up in China, and graduated from one of the top law schools in China-People's University of China School of Law.  Fang also earned a J.D. degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City, School of Law as the Edgar Snow Scholar, where she graduated with distinction.  She was the Note and Comment Editor of the UMKC Law Review, and received the Tiera Farrow Award for distinguished leadership and community involvement as a female student.  As a bilingual and bi-cultural lawyer, Fang helps U.S. businesses to succeed in China and Chinese companies to prosper in the U.S.  Fang's legal training in both countries and language skills provide translation between cultures, between legal systems, and between languages.

A.P.Singh is native of India who migrated to the US in 1975. He holds a masters degree in psychology from Punjab University, India . He worked in the psychology and social science field in the US for 8 years then changed the career to sales. Currently, he is owner of Digital Printing Services, an on line/ on demand printing Service Company that was started in 1995. He is also CEO and co owner of Digix Inc, an Authorized Xerox Sales Agency, responsible for providing document solutions to small and mid size companies in the greater Kansas City area.
