Gigi is the Owner, Administator, and Director of Nursing of Integral Care Provider and Essential Home Health in Overland Park, Kansas. She oversees the daily operation of the business, collaborates with the CEO on financial and strategic matters, negotiates contracts with potential clients, markets, and assists in the staffing, hiring, orientation of new personnel.

Lotus Millin is Vice President of Risk Management for Walton Construction Company. Throughout her tenure of over 20 years, she has served the company in a variety of capacities including: Director of Human Resources, Project Safety Manager, and Safety/Loss Control Representative. Simon Kuo

Simon Kuo recently served as vice president of Corporate Strategy for EMBARQ Corporation (Stock symbol EQ). EMBARQ, the 2006 spin-off of Sprint-Nextel, is the largest independent local exchange carrier in the U.S. Kuo was responsible for strategic planning, competitive intelligence, the management of innovation and development within EMBARQ and led key strategic initiatives.
Prior to this position, Kuo served in a number of roles of increasing responsibility at Sprint, including vice president of strategy for Sprint-Nextel’s Local Telecommunications Division, assistant vice president of Information Technology Services, responsible for planning, requirements development and architecture for all consumer wireless and long-distance systems; chief of staff operations for the president and chief operating officer of Sprint, assistant vice president of Sprint Business Solutions Application Development and Enterprise Web Solutions (EWS). Kuo has also held management and executive positions in Product Management, eBusiness and Human Resources.
Prior to joining Sprint, he taught and held research positions at the University of Kansas. Kuo holds a bachelor of arts degree in History of Art, a bachelor of sciences degree in Systematics and Ecology and a Ph.D. in Microbiology, all from the University of Kansas.

In this role she serves as the chief financial officer for the Customer Equipment Business Unit, which manages the end-to-end development, procurement, inventory management, and distribution of wireless devices (over $4B in annual spending). She serves also as the vice president for the Kansas City Chinese Network Association.

Siew has worked in the financial services profession since 2003. Her unique approach centers largely on client education and interaction. Siew is active with many community activities. She is a board member of the Ethnic Enrichment Commission of Kansas City (EECKC) where she represents her country, Malaysia, as a commissioner. Currently she serves as a first vice-chair and one of her duties also includes overseeing all 12 committees' activities in addition to chairing the membership committee. He brings over a 18 year of experience in consulting and managing large outsourcing deals for Fortune 500 companies. He began his professional career at iGate Global ,Pittsburgh, where he was involved in design, development, implementation and management of large software projects for Fortune 500 companies. Ramesh left iGate to join Wal-Mart in their Information System Division as the core member of Cash Office automation. He was responsible for the product implementation of point of sale (POS) system. Later on he has joined Capgemini as a Sr. ERP consultant and was responsible for the implementation of various ERP clients for their business needs. Fang Shen is a transaction attorney with Husch Blackwell Sanders, LLP, a leading law firm with more than 300 attorneys. Fang focuses on mergers and acquisitions, China-related transactions, and general corporate law. Fang grew up in China, and graduated from one of the top law schools in China-People's University of China School of Law. Fang also earned a J.D. degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City, School of Law as the Edgar Snow Scholar, where she graduated with distinction. She was the Note and Comment Editor of the UMKC Law Review, and received the Tiera Farrow Award for distinguished leadership and community involvement as a female student. As a bilingual and bi-cultural lawyer, Fang helps U.S. businesses to succeed in China and Chinese companies to prosper in the U.S. Fang's legal training in both countries and language skills provide translation between cultures, between legal systems, and between languages.
She currently serves on the board of the Greater Kansas City International Trade Council, where she works to promote international trade, and the board of the Society for Friendship with China, where she works to promote the culture and trade exchange between the region and China.
